RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify our policies at any time without prior notice.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel, update, or revise any order after confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Shipping address changes

• Product changes or additions

• Order cancellations

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. We strongly encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Shipping addresses cannot be revised once an order has been processed or shipped.
We will only ship to the shipping address entered at the time the order was placed.

REFUNDS PRIOR TO DELIVERY

Refunds are only available after the product has been delivered and received by the customer. No refunds will be issued for orders that are processing, in transit, or not yet delivered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, missing items, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue.

Once verified, a replacement will be sent using the same shipping method selected on the original order. Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for replacement.

By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN WINDOW ENFORCEMENT

All return and refund requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, as determined by the carrier’s tracking confirmation.

This 30-day return window is strict and non-extendable and applies regardless of personal circumstances, external factors, or unforeseen events. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Extensions, exceptions, or accommodations are not available once the 30-day period has elapsed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that responsibility for initiating a return within the stated timeframe rests solely with the customer.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Timeline: The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

• Product Condition: The item must be in resalable condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, products that show any signs of use, installation, or wear will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been laundered, show traces of hair/scents, or have been connected to water sources.
  
• Original Contents: All original labels, inserts, and packaging must be included.

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or returned without original packaging will not be approved for a refund or exchange.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly with any concerns.

RETURN SHIPPING

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels

• Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable

Please do not return items to the address listed on your package. That is not our return address and may delay or prevent processing.

You must contact us via email to obtain the correct return address before sending any items.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method and packaging items securely.

RETURN PROCESSING & REFUNDS

After the shipping informs the tracking number of your package return then we can track your package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please be aware that Puravi will not start a refund process if the returning tracking number is not informed.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Puravi reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with this policy. Non-compliant returns may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Decisions regarding the condition of returned items and their eligibility for refund are at the sole discretion of Puravi.

All promotions, discounts, free items, and coupons applied at the time of purchase will be prorated and deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
